House rules for PC workplaces
There are some house rules for working with the PC workplaces in the library. One of these is that you should save your work and log out if you are not using the PC. If inactive for thirty minutes, the PC will log off automatically! Read more


Support
An acute problem with a PC in the library? Report it at the information desk. You will be helped as soon as possible. If experiencing difficulties with your ERNA access code or VPN connection, please contact the help desk of your faculty or department.  Read more


Mobile website
The University Library has developed a mobile version of her website for your smartphone, containing the most relevant information and services. Read more


Access from home via VPN
Databases, electronic books and journals are also accessible from home once you have established a connection to the EUR via VPN. Read more


Internet in the University Library 
The library is a HotspOt. Wireless access to the Internet is possible in the library. Visitors not affiliated to the EUR may consult the electronic resources using an account that is valid for one day. Students and staff of educational institutions can connect from their own laptops. Read more


Copying, printing and scanning
Printing is possible from any public PC in the library to one of the three printer/copier/scanner machines of which two are located in the Mees reading room and one in the Tinbergen reading room. Payment is by chip card. Read more


ERNA access code
Students and staff of the EUR may log on to the EUR network with a username/password combination, the ERNA access code. After authentication, you have access to all the electronic resources of the library. Read more


SVS: personal disk space
Personal disk space for students on a central server that can be accessed from any Internet-connected PC. Read more


Citrix software
To view CD ROM databases on the server, you need Citrix software. Read more
