Project rooms

The University Library has three project workspaces available in the Posthumus room:
Project room 1, Project room 2 and Project room 3.

These rooms offer students the opportunity to work together on projects and presentations. Each project room provides space for a minimum of two and a maximum of five persons and can be booked in blocks of three hours from Monday to Friday with the exception of the third block on a Friday which can be reserved for two hours from 15.00 – 17.00.

Reservations
A project room can be reserved up to two weeks in advance. To book you must have an ERNA account. An ERNA account holder may reserve ONE project room per week.

Below you can place a reservation for one of the project rooms. On the day of the reservation, present yourself at the information desk and hand over your studentcard. In return you’ll get a bag with the regulations, pens for the SMARTBoard, a manual for using the SMARTBoard, a keyboard and a mouse. When you leave the project room you must return the bag and its contents to the information desk. Your student card will then be returned to you.

Your reservation expires automatically if you don’t present yourself at the information desk within 30 minutes after the start of the reserved time. The project room then becomes available for general use.

House Rules
The University Library house rules also apply to the project rooms.
