Questions, suggestions and complaints
When you ask a question, you will normally receive an answer the same day, on average within one hour.
More complex questions, special requests and complaints will be answered within three (work)days. You will be informed if it will take longer.
Purchase suggestions
Mention the name of the author(s), title, year of publication, publisher and ISBN of any material you would like the Library to purchase for its collection.
