ILL account form
The ILL account is a sort of electronic card with an access number and pin code with which you can request books and periodical articles in the Dutch Central Catalogue (books and periodicals) and Online Contents (articles) through the Internet. The costs are automatically deducted from your ILL account. It is also possible to receive the contents page of recently published issues of periodicals by e-mail through your ILL account.
All holders of a valid EUR library card can apply for an ILL account; however, students and staff of other universities should apply through their own institutions. This service is free for EUR students and staff, others pay €5.00 administration charges a year. The licensing rights do not permit commercial use of an ILL account.
Application forms are available at the circulation desk. The initial payment is €12.50 minimum and must be paid in cash. Additional payments can be made in cash at the circulation desk, online payment or by transferring the money to the bank account of the 'Universiteitsbibliotheek', account number 49.9.49.497, quoting your library card number and 'ILL account'.
EUR staff can also apply for an ILL account and make subsequent payments to their account with this web form.
