Extending the loan period
The loan period is three weeks. After that period, the book can be renewed if it has not been reserved by another user. If you do not renew it, the book must be returned. You can do this yourself via the catalogue, where you can also check your personal details. If the catalogue is not accessible or you don't succeed in renewing the book via the UL catalogue, you can request an extension via the Virtual Desk. You will receive an answer by e-mail the next day.
It is not possible to make a renewal if three reminders have been sent for a particular book or if you owe more than €5 in reminder charges.
