Journal Citation Reports 2011 available

In Journal Citation Reports (JCR), part of Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge, you can find the Impact Factors of more than 10.000 academic journals. The Impact Factor is used to evaluate the relative importance of a journal compared to other journals in the same field.
In the 2011 edition of JCR over 500 journals received their first Journal Impact Factor, for instance the journal ‘Pedagogische Studien’. The complete list of newly added journals is available here, and the list of all journals included in the JCR is available with this link.
Due to 'anomalous citation patterns' 51 journals were suspended this year (see this blogpost).
More information about Journal Citations Reports is available in this Quick Reference Card. In the online course Research impacts: sources and metrics you can also find more information.
