Note: Applying as a crewer for the Eurekaweek 2020 is possible from the 2th of March 2020 until the 1st of May 2020.
The Eureka-crew is indispensable during the Eurekaweek. As a crew member, you will support the Eurekaweek Board in the preparations and all the activities during the Eurekaweek. You are, for example, responsible for the course of events and you supervise the participants or other parties. In addition, you will provide the participants with information and help with building up the events and clean up afterwards. This will all be done while working closely with the other crewmembers and the Eurekaweek Board. In other words, organizing the Eurekaweek is not possible without our crewmembers!
As a crewmember you will receive a Eurekaweek wristband and you will be present at most events during the week. Besides this, you will be provided with free food and drinks throughout the week. The best part about being a crewer is the close relationship between the crew and the Eurekaweek Board and the beautiful memories that arise from this. To ensure that a close relationship will also grow within the crew and to express our appreciation to the crewers, there will be a couple of activities preceding the Eurekaweek. Besides these activities, things must also be prepared. This happens during the crew evenings. As a crew member you can experience what happens behind the scenes. During the week you get up early and you are actively working, but in the evening, we throw a great party! An experience you don’t want to miss!
Yes, I want to be crew!
If you want to become a crew member, you must take several things into account:
- You are exclusively available from August 17th until August 20th
- You can work in a team
- You have a proactive attitude
- You don’t mind to roll up your sleeves
- Above all, you want to have a great week!
