Pilot self-directed skill development of bachelor psychology students

In the current education setting at the Bachelor Psychology, we aim for self-directed learning. For years, problem-oriented education has been used for this. Although there is a high level of satisfaction among students about this method, there are also some challenges.

Goal

The goal of this project is directing a pilot where, first of all: the students develop competences in the work environment of the psychologist, leading to more students with fitting skills as a psychologist. The second part of the pilot strengthens self-directed learning with students to give them a good foundation for life-long learning. This will also make the programme able to help bring students to this level.

Result

When the project has been evaluated, the results will be published.
