The meeting room has 190 fixed, spacious seats with a slanting floor and 30 moveable chairs at the back of the meeting room. The meeting room offers a forum layout for seven speakers and dedicated microphones. This meeting room is equipped with a projector, dedicated computer, a lectern with dedicated microphone and a headset transmitter microphone (only available for EUR employees).
This prestigious meeting room also has over 89 dedicated microphones for your event visitors, suitable for participation in debates or discussions or for posing questions.
The adjacent restaurant is included in the hire of the Forum Room. The restaurant can be used for lunch, dinner or a reception in a stand-sit combination (63 seats, supplemented with standing tables).
