A wide range of rooms is available for hire on campus Woudestein. Contact us if you wish to organise a large conference or event, or if you need a suitable space for a training session or meeting.
The rooms for hire are located in Van der Goot building, Tinbergen Building (Faculty Club) and Q- Building. If you have specific requirements for a teaching room in one of the other buildings or in the grounds, this is also possible.
Van der Goot building (Erasmus Expo and Conference Centre) opened in 1994. Rooms in this building can accommodate 12 to 921 people. The majority of rooms in this building are available for hire but there are also various rooms for educational purposes, such as lectures or examinations. The use of slate, stainless steel and concrete makes this conference building suitable for many decorative styles and colours.
The Faculty Club is located on the 17th floor of Tinbergen Building. This club has 6 prestigious rooms suitable for 10 to 42 people and a restaurant. All rooms on this floor and the restaurant have a stunning view across the city of Rotterdam. Tinbergen Building is closed from the end of 2018 for building renovation. After the renovation (expected to take 1.5 to 2 years), the building will again meet the very latest technological and functional requirements and the number of rooms and catering options in the Faculty Club will be expanded; the design plans are extremely promising! Keep an eye on the website!
Q-Building was constructed in 1997 as suitable accommodation for the prestigious master programme and meetings. Q-Building has a range of halls and break-out rooms on the first and second floors. The rooms vary in capacity from 6 to 41 people.
All meeting rooms are accessible for people with disabilities.
