You have just paid for the diploma verification application. Please, follow each of the steps below carefully to complete the application submission process:

1. Fill in the application form completely and correctly. Save the form.
2. Next, click the ‘Submit application’ button below to submit the application with the following documentation attached:
   1. The application form (mandatory);
   2. The alumnus’ approval (mandatory);
   3. The payment confirmation (mandatory);
   4. Any other documentary evidence (not mandatory).

Any applications without the documentation mentioned above attached will not be accepted.
