What will you learn?
The Dutch for beginners B1.1 + B1.2 course is a double level course: two course levels will have been covered by the end of this course. A great advantage is that you can automatically flow from B1.1 to B1.2 without having to take an exam in between the two levels. This course consists of twenty weekly sessions of 2,5 hours each. During this course you will learn the Dutch language, with emphasis on listening skills and oral communication skills in an everyday context. During the lessons you are requested to actively participate in conversation and oral tasks. In order to fully benefit from the lessons, you are asked to learn vocabulary in advance and do homework every week. Please be aware that these are not passive lessons during which you simply listen to lectures, read texts and translate sentences.
To get the most out of the lessons, you are expected to do your homework and practice vocabulary every week. Keep in mind that they are not passive lessons, where you just listen, read texts and translate sentences.
