What will you achieve with our workshop intercultural communication?
As the world becomes more globalized, and societies become more culturally diverse, it is essential for individuals to develop the skills to communicate effectively with others in intercultural environments. As such, Intercultural communication competences are useful for working in modern organizations in all sectors, including business, public administration, creative industries, education, and health.
The goal of this workshop is to provide a basic training in intercultural communication, that is relevant to students in all educational programs at EUR.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the main approaches of intercultural communication, from a social scientific perspective.
- Be able to reflect on their own cultural background and personal norms, values, and assumptions.
- Have an understanding of their own intercultural competences, how to apply them in intercultural situations, and how to develop them in the future.

| Groups | Our groups are small: the minimum number of participants is 10, the maximum is 15 for online and 16 for on campus groups. Please note that the LTC reserves the right to cancel this course if the required minimum number of participants is not reached. Whenever a course is canceled due to few registrations, you will be informed and your fee will be refunded. |
