International Coach Cafe 12 April 2018

Wanted: coaches for the International Coach Cafe on 12 April

Are you an international graduate from Erasmus University Rotterdam and currently working in the Netherlands? Would you like to inspire, motivate and coach the next generation of international professionals? Here’s your chance! We are looking for enthusiastic EUR alumni who would like to work as coaches at the International Coach Cafe, the closing event of the 2018 edition of the Career Skills Week for international students.

What it is about

The goal of the International Coach Cafe is to make students more aware of their talents, what their dreams are, and to help them identify the first steps they need to take to achieve their goals for the future. In three rounds of conversation, participants will discuss these topics in small groups, moderated and supported by a coach and - of course - accompanied by drinks and snacks.

Joining as a coach

As a coach you will play a vital role in the event by sharing your experiences with current international students at EUR, and guiding them throughout the evening by asking the right questions. Prior to the event, we train all alumni coaches to fully understand the concept and provide them with the necessary tools. Participating will provide you with excellent opportunities for strengthening your coaching skills and networking with fellow coaches.
