All students who have the capabilities to do so should be given the opportunity to start and complete their studies successfully. Attention to the flow of and access to education for students from secondary education and vocational schools, equal opportunities, inclusive higher education, preventing drop-out and promoting study success remain important themes for higher education. Based on a study success analysis of the student population, an institution may decide to focus its attention primarily on certain groups of students and/or study programs and to formulate objectives.
