Application and Admission FAQ

The application deadline will not be extended. Please reach out to the admissions team by email to discuss your personal situation.

Submit your application before 1 April (non-EEA students) / 1 May (EEA students) via Studielink and the EUR Admissions Portal and include an overview of your obtained and yet to be obtained courses. This can be an unofficial document for now.

No, Erasmus School of Economics still only accepts a TOEFL iBT (including home edition), Academic IELTS or B2 First, C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency Certificate as proof of English language proficiency. Information on the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition is available on the ETS website.

Currently Erasmus University (together with other Dutch universities and the Dutch government) is deliberating how to deal with the situation. At this moment in time, no decision has been made yet. As soon as more information is available, we will share this with all our applicants.

You can agree with your supervisor to take the exam at an alternative location. If you are unable to arrange an alternative location, you can send an email to: (for the IBEB mathematics entrance exam) or (for the Econometrics entrance exam). 

You or your supervisor can send in the hardcopy of the mathematics test, as soon as this is possible.
