Erasmus School of Economics (ESE) wants its students to be able to make optimal use of their talents. ESE offers students with a functional impairment (for example: dyslexia, AD(H)D, ASD, chronical illness, physical impairment, psychological problems etc.) extra guidance. A functional impairment can influence your study progress and wellbeing on campus. It is therefore important to make an appointment with a study adviser in time.
Students with a functional impairment can register for a meeting with the study adviser. If needed, you may receive extra study support, for example, extra time for your examination or flexibility concerning tutorial attendance.
The Examination Board is responsible for granting individual facilities, but you are advised to consult a study adviser first. Together you determine what extra guidance is available to you.
Please be aware: if you want to request extra facilities, it is strongly recommended to visit the study adviser before or in the beginning of the academic year at the latest, so you have access to these facilities in time.
For more information about the facilities that are offered by the Erasmus University, you can visit the website studying with a functional impairment. For more information about requests to the Examination Board, you can the website about Extra Facilities
