If you are experiencing personal problems which have an influence on your study progress; for example because you were unable to write an exam, midterm or you were unable to meet the attendance requirements, please contact the study advisers.
It is very important that the study advisers know about your situation as soon as possible. We recommend you to visit the study advisers during the open consultation hours. It is necessary to hand in proof of your situation; a doctor's letter, hospital appointment card, funeral card or anything of such kind.
These are examples of personal problems that we advise you to contact the study advisers:
- Severe health problems
- Passing away of a family member or close friend
- Severe illness of a family member or close friend
- Family circumstances
- Psychological complaints, for which you seek treatment / or you are being treated
- Functional impairment
