Executive Compensation Conference, 8 June 2018

On Friday 8 June, 2018, Erasmus School of Economics organizes the Executive Compensation Conference. This one-day conference brings together presenters in the field of Executive Compensation and enables visitors to learn more about executive compensation from an empirical or theoretical point of view. 

The day will start with a keynote speech from David Yermack (NYU Stern). Topics that will be discussed are the recently introduced caps on European bankers’ pay, claw-back provisions for bonus payments, mandatory disclosure of the ratio between CEO pay and average employee pay, and “say on pay” regulation.

The Conference is organized by faculty members  Ingolf Dittmann (Chair), Sebastian Gryglewicz, Maurizo Montone, Patrick Vermijeren and Han Smit
