Student-Assistant/First Ambassador Econometrie, Econometrics and BSc²
The Communication, Internationalisation, Marketing and Alumni team of Erasmus School of Economics is looking for a new First Ambassador for the bachelor programmes Econometrie en Operationele Research, International Bachelor Econometrics and Operations Research and Double degree BSc2 Econometrics/Economics, starting 1 October.
Would you like to:
• Manage a team of enthusiastic ambassadors representing the three bachelor programmes during Student-for-a-day-events, school visits and Open Days;
• Organise big events such as the ESE Take-Off, Bachelor Graduation Day and the Cum laude Awards;
• Contribute to events for prospective students like the Bachelor Open Day, Proefstuderen and Student-for-a-day-events?
Then this is your chance!
For this very diverse job, we are looking for an Econometrie, Econometrics or BSc2 student (Bachelor 2 or higher) who feels involved with Erasmus School of Economics and wants to commit him/herself for at least 1 year. We are looking for a team player with a talent for organising, who is able to work flexible working hours, knows how to switch quickly when sudden changes occur and speaks and writes in English very well. Being an ambassador already is a plus.
Please take into account that as First Ambassador you should be available during the month of May to assist during the selection of new Ambassadors. You also have to be available the last three weeks of August for the organisation of the ESE Take Off.
You will work an average of 12 hours per week (0,3 FTE), which will fluctuate depending on how close it is to an event. Your workplace will be located in the E-building. The salary is in accordance with the university’s official “Salary Scales for Student-Assistants”.
