Every third Wednesday of the month, the Library hosts an informational tea session for ESGH PhD candidates. No registration required. Join us on Wednesday 15 June, 15:00-16:00 for a session about Google Scholar vs. Academic databases.

In this session we will discuss Google Scholar vs Academic databases (or, why we don't call Google Scholar an academic database). We will discuss the pros and cons of Google Scholar, and how it is different from Academic databases. We'll give tips on when Google Scholar is appropriate to use, and perhaps more importantly, when it is not!
