Registration at Erasmus University

Registration information for students from:

  1. MSc HEPL en MSc HCM
  2. Joint Degree Eu-HEM
  3. Exchange students MSc HEPL & MSc HCM

1) Students MSc HEPL & MSc HCM

After being admitted to the master HEPL or the master HCM, you will need to take care of the payment of your tuition fees. You will arrange the payment of the the tuition fees in ‘Studielink’. Login on Studielink.nl by using the username and password that was e-mailed by Studielink after having applied in the 'EUR Admissions Portal'. After you have made the arrangments for the payment of the tuition fees, your student card will be issued and will be sent to the International Officer, Ms. Imke van der Horst. After your arrival in the Netherlands you will pick up your student card at her office at Erasmus University, room J7-13.

Important!

  • Making the arrangements of the payment of your fees is possible as of 1 June.
  • The arrangements of the payment of the fees must be done before August 31. Payment after this date is NOT possible! Students, who fail to pay before August 31, will experience a negative effect on their enrolment for the master programme and will have to wait until next year.
  • Questions about Studielink, about the payment of the fees and about your registration, may be addressed to our colleagues from the Erasmus Student Service Center (ESSC). They will be happy to help you out.

2) Students Joint Degree Eu-HEM

All admitted Eu-HEM students will be registered at Erasmus University for the whole period of their studies. The registration will be taken care of by us; all you need to do is follow the instructions received by email and upload your passport picture. After registration your student number and EUR password/username will be issued and e-mailed to you. The student cards of international students will be sent to the International Officer, Ms. Imke van der Horst. After your arrival in the Netherlands you will pick up your student card at her office at Erasmus University, room J7-13.

Important!

  • The payment of the tuition fees must be done before August 31. Payment after this date is NOT possible! Students, who fail to pay before August 31, will experience a negative effect on their enrolment for the master programme and will be withdrawn from the programme.

3) Exchange students

Accepted exchange students will be registered at Erasmus University for the period of their studies in Rotterdam. The registration will be taken care of by us; for doing so we will use the data on the application form which you have filled out when applying. After registration your student number and EUR password/username will be issued and e-mailed to you. Your student card will be sent to Ms. Kaweeta Samodhi. After your arrival in the Netherlands you will pick up your student card at her office at Erasmus University, room J7-09.
