Health care systems and health law in an international perspective

Health care systems and national health law are influenced more and more by international and European laws and regulations. International partnerships like those in procurement and implementation of care, as well as the introduction of various forms of market forces in the health care sector, make the systems subject to European Community Law. Relevant research questions focus on the influence of international (European) law on the different national health care systems, particularly the structure and financing laws and rules and regulations.
