Erasmus School of Law wishes to guarantee that education will continue whatever the case as off 1 September 2020. The goal remains to resume activities on our campus as soon as possible. We hope this will reassure our Dutch and international students so they feel even more motivated to enrol in one of our LL.M. programmes.
If circumstances do not allow resuming activities on campus or if these activities are interrupted during the academic year, Erasmus School of Law will ensure that our students can continue their studies and complete their master programme successfully. Currently, Erasmus School of Law is preparing for a scenario in which education will continue to be delivered through distance learning combined with education on-campus. In this way Erasmus School of Law can continue to support everyone in achieving their ambitions in the coming academic year.
Guarantee for international students and registration deadlines for master’s programmes
The guarantee also applies to international students who are enrolled in the LL.M. programme Commercial Law (Commercial and Company Law, International Arbitration and Business Law, International Trade Law, Maritime & Transport Law) and the LL.M. programme International and European Union Law who have been unable to obtain a visa or who are subject to travel restrictions. Prospective students from non-EU countries can register for a master's programme until 1 July 2020 and prospective students from EU-countries until 1 August 2020. Registration will be subject to an amended admission procedure as a response to COVID-19. For students that, due to COVID-19, have not yet obtained their bachelor’s degree, see for information on conditional admission the 'Admission' tab on the respective LL.M. programme webpage.
Erasmus School of Law will continue to support students and prospective students in making good and informed choices about the LL.M. programmes and will provide tips and advice on how to prepare appropriately for the coming academic year. More information about the various English LLM-Programmes can be found here. Students who wish to speak with the coordinator, a lecturer or current students of an LL.M. programme can send a request by email to email@example.com.
