Sending required documents

Have you received a conditional offer? Make sure to read the conditions carefully and present proof thereof before or on August 15.

Please note: Unconditionally admitted students don’t have to send us any additional documents.

If you are a EUR/ESSB student, you can email your study progress overview to master@essb.eur.nl mentioning your name and your student number. Make sure that all obtained study credits (bachelor: 180 EC, pre-master: 60 EC) and ‘graduated: YES’ are stated on your study progress overview.

Please note: We will be checking the study progress of ESSB students on a weekly basis from mid-June onwards. You will automatically receive unconditional admission if you have finished your bachelor or pre-master's programme (and if that’s the only condition for admission). In this case, you don’t have to email us your study progress overview.

If you graduated but you have not yet received an unconditional offer (after a week or two), please send us an email.

Make a choice:

Please email a copy of your original diploma and all the pages of your diploma supplement (including official translations, if the originals are not in English, Dutch, French or German) in 1 PDF file to master@essb.eur.nl, mentioning your name and student number.

For applicants with Dutch prior education a "digitaal uittreksel diplomagegevens" is sufficient as well.

Please have your institution of higher education send us your graduation statement and final transcript directly to master@essb.eur.nl, mentioning your name and student number.

Make sure to send us a proof of your graduation before or on August 15. We advise you to do this as soon as possible to ensure that you are fully enrolled before the start of the academic year.

Please have your institution of higher education send us your most recent transcript of records (meeting the requirement of at least 162 of 180 EC obtained) directly to master@essb.eur.nl, mentioning your name and student number. Make sure it includes official translation if the originals are not in English, Dutch, French or German.

Please note: The flexible entry requirements only applies for EER applicants: non-EER applicants are obliged to graduate before the start of the academic year, because for these applicants completing prior education while participating in the master’s programme is not deemed to be feasible.

Make sure we have received the above before or on August 30 from your institution of higher education. We advise you to do this as soon as possible to ensure that you are fully enrolled before the start of the academic year.

More information about the flexible entry requirement can be found here.
