As you may be running into subjects that concern the law or rules and you don’t want to make any mistakes in this respect, the best thing you can do, is get some judicial advice. There are multiple ‘offices’ where you can ask for advice for free. We advise you to contact Het Juridisch Loket.
Unfortunately their website is in Dutch only. You could ask your buddy to help you with translating the information. Het Juridisch Loket does also have a phone number you can call and an e-mail address you can send an e-mail to (you can only e-mail them outside of office hours: after 18:00 until 8:00 the day after). They advise you to phone them instead of sending them an e-mail. It is also possible to visit them. Please make sure to bring along all documents relevant to the problem. They can advise you accordingly.
