Daniek Bos is what you call an ‘almost true Rotterdammer’. She grew up in Bergschenhoek but moved to the vibrant city since as a teenager. Her study years have been as vibrant as the city, as she studied criminology, a bit of psychology and right now she is enrolled in the MSc Strategic Management at RSM. Besides studying in Rotterdam and Leiden, she spent half a year at Bocconi University in Milan focusing on management and international law. She gains energy from working in the highly dynamic business environment where she wants to develop in the future. Working as a Programme Assistant in the Economics and Business department within such an international and dynamic educational system is a perfect match!
Why do you work at EUC?
University College has always drawn my attention as it offers the international and dynamic educational system that I was looking for myself during my studies. I love that Erasmus University College differentiates by offering a department in Economics and Business, especially since I specialize in this field myself. My support for the multidisciplinarity of education, the combination of both deep and broad knowledge, makes me truly motivated to contribute to maintaining and further building the system. I have always been inspired by working in international environments. During my studies I enjoyed experiencing and learning from such a setting and now I can do so during my work as well. Altogether, I am very happy with the opportunity to work and learn at EUC!
