Do you want to enrich your education with engaging learning activities? Then come to the FeedbackFruits event on November 21st!
FeedbackFruits helps lecturers engage students by facilitating learning activities that spark active thinking. Interaction between students, teachers, and the study material is central to our approach. By making it easier for teachers to create and monitor online peer feedback and discussions about study material, FeedbackFruits fosters social learning. We believe that students, especially with proper guidance from teachers, stand to gain much when they help each other learn.
The event will take place in the newly opened Education Lab. We will first tell you more about what Feedbackfruits has to offer and why the EUR decided to partner with them. We will also show you a best practice from one of our teachers that has already used their tools in their education. We will show you how we as EUR collaborate with Feedbackfruits for didactical improvement, and how we work together on enriching education at the Erasmus University.
After the plenary session there will be time for you to test out FeedbackFruits yourself during different breakout sessions. You will have the opportunity to experience the following didactical applications:
- Let students help each other write better papers using Peer Review.
- Improve students’ learning strategies using Comprehension of Study Material
- Gain insight in students’ collaborative process using Group Member Evaluation.
- Activate students’ self-study using Interactive Video and Documents.
