From the mesmerizing opening measures to the scorching climax, Le Sacre du Printemps is breathtaking in one word. At the premiere in 1913 it hit like a bomb; one century later it is still just as explosive.
In addition, two pieces by Haydn: The Trumpet Concert and Symphony No. 04, both pieces, with strategically placed drum strokes will certainly keep you awake during this concert!
