Should our university as an institute become vegan or vegetarian? At this first event in the monthly series 'Let's Talk Sustainability' we explore sustainability topics around the university together with academic experts and students.
Join us for our first event in the series, where we talk about the EUR as a vegan campus. We dive into the role of the EUR as a sustainability leader when it comes to food, vegetarianism and veganism. The conversation will be opened by Mariecke van der Glas (programme manager Sustainability at EUR), followed by statements by dr. Jan Stoop (vegan and economist), dr. Yogi Hendlin (environmental philosopher), Michel Flaton (manager Vitam) and Joachim Strzelecki (EUC student researching veganism on campus). We will take plenty of time for discussion, so join if you want to talk sustainability with us!

About 'Let's Talk Sustainability'
'Let's Talk Sustainability' is an event series hosted by the Design Impact Transition platform and the EUR Sustainability Programme. Every month we discuss a different topic related to sustainability at the EUR. Join us in these conversations to make our university a more sustainable place!
