Throughout history lighthouses have been: beacons of civilization, architectural icons, symbols of human presence and safety, and navigational guides. Within our Erasmian community, alumni stand as our lighthouses, serving as navigational guides for the younger generation. Tune in monthly for inspirational talks with our alumni community sharing their journey of discovering their “why”, what motivates them and how they got to where they are today.

Anita Keij is an ESPhil/ESE alumna who studied Philosophy (MA) and Economics (MSc) at EUR. After years of experience in investment, corporate and development banking in the Western world and in emerging economies, as well as having worked for NGO’s and a Social Enterprise in frontier markets, Anita believes that responsible entrepreneurship, impact finance, conscious investing and partnerships are the way forward (Value@Venture). Do good and do well! In all aspects of life: professionally and personally. Care, Dare and Share! Currently she runs a private equity investment advisory firm in Zürich called CHI Impact Capital.

From beekeeping to adventures in the Congolese jungle, tune in to hear more about Anita’s exciting career journey and be encouraged by her inspiring work ethic and life philosophy.

After the talk, which will take about 20-25 minutes, Anita will answer questions from the audience posed by the host. The talk will be hosted by Stijn Voogt and will be delivered in English.
