Required documents

For some of the things you can arrange at the One Stop Shop, you'll need personal documents. Please check which documents are required to bring along with you to the One Stop Shop.

Special requirements postal zones

To become a registered citizen in certain municipal neighborhoods, you need to apply for a residence permit (HVV). Unfortunately, you can’t obtain an HVV at the One Stop Shop, meaning you have to make a special appointment at the City Hall.  The EUR facilitates special sessions for HVV registrations at the City Hall on the 3th and 13th  of September and the 4th of October. To find out if you need to book a such a special appointment, check out the information on HVV.
