This is a chance for all singer-songwriters and musicians on campus to perform at SingEURsong Festival during the Eurovision Songfestival week!
Wanted: Singer-song writers and musicians to join our SingEURsong Festival! This is a chance for all singer-songwriters/musicians on campus to perform one of their original songs, or take part as a musician during the week of the Eurovision Song Festival!
The Erasmus Music Collective is looking for you! Monday May 11 and Wednesday May 13 2020, we’ll be giving a grand concertshow in the Erasmus Paviljoen, during which you can perform one of your songs or take part in our amazing band. Strings, winds, percussion, backing vocals, harp; it doesn’t matter! Your song will be arranged and rehearsed by musicians of the EUR. We are also open for Spoken Word and Rap, as long as we can put music under it.
Singersongwriters:
The only thing we need from you is to send us a selection of (max. 3) original songs before january 20th 2020. Preferably in different genres with a link to video/audio (accompanied by yourself or a band. To: erasmusmusiccollective@gmail.com
Musicians:
We’d like to receive two videos where we can hear/see you play your instrument, preferably also in different genres, before january 20th 2020. To: erasmusmusiccollective@gmail.com
Out of all these videos the EMC will make a selection and at the end of January, you’ll be invited to audition with one of your songs. In February, the EMC will arrange everything and in March/April you’ll be rehearsing with all the musicians.
The SingEURsong Festival will take place on Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th of May.
