The Vagina Monologues is the award-winning play, written by Eve Ensler, based on her interviews with more than 200 women. With humour and grace this theatre play celebrates women's sexuality and strength.

The play explores consensual and non-consensual sexual experiences, body image, genital mutilation, direct and indirect encounters with reproduction, sex work, and several other topics through the eyes of women with various ages, races, sexualities, and other differences.

This play has been performed worldwide for years (often by famous women) and tells stories of women from different countries. This version of the Vagina Monologues is performed by 11 international students, studying at the Institute of Social Studies.
