Helpdesk Educational Tools
The helpdesk educational tools (HET) offers practical support, during evening hours, for a range of digital educational tools available at the Erasmus University. Our purpose is facilitating the easier use of technology in online education for lectures. We offer support for the following educational tools:
- Feedback Fruits
- Microsoft Teams
- Video editing

We are available to answer your questions on:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 19.00-23.00 hrs
Saturday from 12.00-17.00 hrs
We are, however, also available to schedule an online appointment outside our working hours. We would like to ask you to contact our helpdesk in English.

- Media support Centre: email@example.com (010 – 40 811 22) for technical questions & support for Hybrid Classrooms about Mediasite, Panopto and Erasmus Studio;
