Registration name changes and substitution of participants are allowed as long as they are notified to the University Library by sending an email to wlic2023@eur-nl.libanswers.com at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the event.
For the IFLA Satellite Meetings that are also held online (hybrid meetings), participants who originally registered for the in-person meeting may request to attend the event remotely by sending an email to wlic2023@eur-nl.libanswers.com at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the start of the event concerned.

The University Library reserves the right at any time to make any changes to the programme, including, but not limited to, the right to change the selected speakers, content, schedule, timing and venue of the event concerned.
If any of the IFLA Satellite Meetings or any portion thereof cannot be held or is postponed due, directly or indirectly, to any cause or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the University Library, or due to events that are not attributable to unlawful intent or gross negligence of the University Library, or due to other unforeseeable events that render the execution of the event either impossible and/or not worthwhile or that would lead to the University Library incurring unreasonable expenses in the execution of the event, the University Library cannot be held liable by the participants for any damages, costs, and/or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, lost profits, etc. In such circumstances, participants will be granted a full refund of their registration fee.

In the event of such a change, all participants who originally registered for the in-person meeting will automatically be considered registered for the virtual meeting.
