The Library is there for you. In order to get a good grasp of your needs and wishes we will be sending out a customer satisfaction in the beginning of December. So let us know how you value the Library and win an IPad

Results of 2019

In general, it can be said that our customers are satisfied with the University Library. Although the survey showed much appreciation, there is always room for improvement. Below you will find an overview of the top 5 your likes and dislikes:

Shortly after the outcome of the survey we have taken up the points of improvement. For example, there is regular contact with EUR Facility Management to keep the cleaning services up to a good standard as well other facilities such as the PCs, sun screens and lighting in the University Library. And in the near future we would like to start experimenting with 24/7 study weeks, where we expand our opening hours during a certain period. We are also looking into improving our sEURch search system to make it easier and quicker to find titles. In short, we are working hard to make your experience with the Library even more pleasant and efficient.
