If you would like to become a member of the University Library or the Rotterdamsch Leeskabinet, please complete the form below. This is relevant for:
- EUR guests;
- Students/staff of another university;
- Students/staff of Rotterdam University and The Hague University;
- Private individuals.

If you want a book (or a journal or an other publication) to be included in the library collection, please let us know via the form. Mention at More detail/Explanation the following information:
- Title, author, year of publication, edition (if needed);
- Faculty to which you are affiliated.Â
A Faculty Liaison (responsible for the digital and physical collection per discipline) will assess your application. You will be notified whether the request is granted. If this is the case, you’ll receive an email when you can pick up the book or when it will be available online via sEURch.
Older volumes of print periodicals are kept in the closed stacks. To view an older volume, you must request it in advance via the online form.Â
You need a valid (digital) student card or library card and the so called call number of the periodical. This number can be found in sEURch (e.g. Call number = P 10.976).
