This master track is about managing complex societal challenges in the public sector and how to govern the networks of the actors involved in order to solve wicked problems.
Why study this programme?
This master programme (MSc) combines theory and practice: next to lectures you will work in Governance Labs on finding a solution for governmental problems. You will be part of an international peer group. New approaches to public administration and management enable you to effectively tackle challenges that require governments (at local, regional, national and international level) businesses, NGOs and citizens to collaborate. Classes are given by leading scholars in the field.
Career prospectives
Graduates are trained to become policymakers, consultants, public managers or project managers who can participate in, as well as facilitate, collaborative governance practice.
