MSc Urban Management & Development: Specialisations
The MSc in Urban Management and Development offers participants the opportunity to tailor their study with one of six different specialisation tracks. Topics covered across the specialisations include but are not limited to climate change, planning, housing, green infrastructure, land and urban economics. During the specialisation period students gain enhanced understanding of a certain aspect of urban management and development depending on their academic and professional orientation and interests. The teaching methods in the specialisation period are designed to emphasize the link between theory and practice. They include lectures as well as participatory methodologies such as workshops, simulations games, seminars and group work.
