International Logistic Client Service Manager
Equippo is a fast growing, international, Start-up Company that has created a unique online marketplace for the construction industry. We bring together sellers and buyers of heavy machinery from all over the world. Business Insider described us as The Zalando for heavy machinery.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who provides our buyers an excellent and personal customer experience.
What will you do
You make sure that every buyer is happy with the purchase!
Manage the entire logics around the purchase of heavy machinery from and to all over the world
Arrange the export, the transport and the import of the machines
Take care of all necessary documents
Investigate local customs rules of the buyer’s country and prepare all documents
Collect the manuals of the machines
Source parts if necessary
Manage payments and handle banking documents such as letters of credits
Communicate with the (local) banks
What do you bring
A Bachelor or Master degree or a similar level
Experience working as an international logistic or supply chain manager
Experience with complicated import and export
Experience with international banking, documents and letters of credit
Dutch and German speaker, fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
You are extremely service-minded and customer friendly
You are into details and very accurate
Good communication skills
