In the spotlight | Short workshop A healthy dose of courage
Making social impact requires entrepreneurship. And entrepreneurship requires courage! Having courage means taking action, even if you find it scary. If you have more courage you will present yourself in a more powerful way. You will make better use of your potential to make the most of the opportunities you are offered. During this short online workshop you will build self-confidence and learn to recognize moments to show courage and act decisively. You leave the workshop with a concrete plan to help you show more courage in your work.

Last chance to enroll | Training Time management
Time management requires insight into your own behaviour and way of working. During 3 short intervision meetings you investigate why you do things the way you do and why this does not have the effects you would like. Intervision is a problem-solving technique in which you ask the other participants to look at your situation. This helps you to better understand your situation and offers new insights.  On the basis of these insights, you look for the possibilities you have to deal better with your situation. The result: a concrete plan to change your work situation in such a way that you regain control over your time and activities. The training starts on November 4th. In the spotlight | Effective influencing skills
How do you create support for your ideas in the workplace? In this training theoretical models are alternated with practical exercises and role plays. By practising, observing others and giving and receiving feedback, you learn to influence more effectively in order to get things done. The training starts on November 11th. Are you a lecturer and would you like to develop your teaching skills? Lecturers at Leiden University, TU Delft and Erasmus University Rotterdam can take courses on offer at the other two universities.
