Profile

Mohammadreza [Arman] Khodatars (1991) is a PhD candidate at the Erasmus School of economics, Strategy & Entrepreneurship. One of the most important aspects of everybody’s life, if not the
most important, is their job. The question is “Did you choose your job? or did it choose you?”. In this research, psychological profile of the self-employed are brought under focus to see how they differ

based on different models (e.g. big five), are more likely to become entrepreneurs. Characteristics like “Openness to experience” and “Extraversion”. Here, it will be taken to the next level to see where people fall in a spectrum of mental health and disorders based on their occupation and how this spectrum can define your future employment. Sincerely, Arman.
