Profile
Priskila P. Penasthika has been working as a PhD student at the Erasmus School of Law since August 2017. Her research is about the challenges in applying the choice of law clause in international commercial contracts dispute in Indonesia. She obtained her Bachelor and Master’s degrees from the Faculty of Law – Universitas Indonesia. Upon graduation, she joined Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners, an affiliation law firm of Baker & McKenzie in Indonesia. Subsequently, she worked as a university lecturer of Private International Law at Faculty of Law - Universitas Indonesia for 5 years before starting her PhD.
