Profile

Wei Liu is a Ph.D. candidate in the research group Work and Organizational Psychology of the Institute of Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research topic is on strengths use and flow experience at work. In a series of studies, he has investigated how flow experiences link to employee well-being, and further relate to cognitive and decision-making outcomes, such as risk-taking and attention.

Research interest: positive psychology, self-determined flow
