Wei Liu is a Ph.D. candidate (2017-2021) in the Work and Organizational Psychology research group of the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences at Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research topic is primarily concerned with proactive behavior and flow experience at work. In a series of studies, using the experience sampling method, he has investigated how employees' proactive behaviors (i.e., strengths use, playful work design) impact employee wellbeing (i.e., flow experiences and fatigue). Further, whether the fluctuated wellbeing is associated with subsequent decision-making and cognitive outcomes, such as risk-taking behavior, attentional performance, and creativity.
