Introduction
The Leadership Reset programme is an immersive retreat at an off-campus site designed for you as an experienced leader seeking clarity, impact and renewed purpose. Delivered by RSM faculty, this programme takes you out into nature to blend leadership research, leadership coaching, and embodied learning. Through deep reflection, honest feedback and experiential practice, you strengthen your self-awareness, relational leadership, and coaching skills. This is a space where you can pause, reconnect and redefine how you lead yourself and others.
