When I became the Head of the Economics & Business department of the Erasmus University College I took part in the Academic Leadership training trajectory. The course is very well organized, and I received invitation for various modules and intervision meetings shortly after the registration. The timely announcement allowed me to fit the modules into my working schedule well.
The HR module required somewhat more “homework” but thanks to the good preparation we could delve deeper into the matter during discussions and meetings. I still regularly consult the online materials from this module when I have a question regarding the HR policy.

Due to the set-up of the course, you learn as much from the other participants as you do from the trainers and the provided study materials – that’s positive and challenging!
