After graduation I became an analyst at CEANconsulting, a consultancy agency specialized in health care.
My ambition is to enable organisations and people to bring their ideas on how health care should be organised into practise. I wrote my thesis about the influence of tasks standardization of healthcare professionals and how to bridge professional boundaries. Now I can use this experience in projects on change management in hospitals.
During my studies I learned to apply a critical attitude towards analyses, numbers and facts. For a consultant it is important to guarantee the quality of analysis. A critical attitude towards the content and methods is crucial in my work.
