Fit for the future

Changes are an everyday occurrence. This applies to the world in general, and more specifically to work. This places quite a demand on people and organisations, both in terms of their adaptability and regarding energy and job satisfaction. What can you do to take charge? How do you remain fit and make your work meaningful?

Goal and result

You take a moment to stop and take stock. Using six factors, you explore where you are now and where you want to be if you want a job that is meaningful, useful and a good fit for you.

  1. Personality:

what are your qualities and to what degree are they suitable for your current job and developments?
  2. Professional expertise:

    your knowledge and skills.
  3. Anticipation and optimisation:

how can you best embrace change to reach your own goals?
  4. Personal flexibility:

how easily and to what extent are you willing to adapt when changes occur?
  5. Organisational sensitivity:

‘what is the lay of the land’ and how do you use this to your advantage?
  6. Balance:

personal interests and the interests of the organisation?

You have insights into the factors that are important for you when adapting to change and that play a role in making you a versatile and capable employee. You know your own course and you have a specific action plan to reach your goal. At the same time this method will produce clear objectives for a fruitful discussion with your supervisor, a HR Consultant, a career coach or for a programme or training.
