Liam is a junior researcher at Erasmus UPT. With a diverse academic and professional background that bridges political science, socio-economic development, and communications, his expertise lies in a multidisciplinary approach. Liam’s recent research investigated the governance of socio-economic development programs specific to transport infrastructure in the Russian Arctic. At Erasmus UPT, he is active in various research projects in the field of port economics, most notably pertaining to sustainable development.Â
